Silky 27/8/09

This time I went to silky.
Ben C was on session and here is a picture to make up for the last post. he also did a melon out the deep and over the big block, get in Ben c.

Silky 24/8/09

Today I told Ben I'd meet him at Silksworth and invited Jonny along for the shralp.
I turned up to find Blinky was there and he proceeded to do a mean tuckknee over the spine.


Ben C did a mean melon too but, wey am camera shit and camera slack so there's no photo of that.
Ben and Blinky then had a bit of a 'most tony hawks trick' competition and Ben did some full cabs out the bowl whilst Blinky did rocket airs.

Once again as resident camera wielder Will Smith wasn't about the photos are sparse and I haven't any photos of Blinky doin 'proper' rocket airs but the look on his face makes up for them.
I'll try learn how to take decent photos next time.

Whitley Bay Comp!

Basically there was a competition at whitley bay park, organised by Hurley. loads of sick product was supplied by Emerica, es, Vans and Death for winners and runners up. Blinky won the over 16's and roy won the under 16's. I was camera slack all day because mark was hungover or just being lame im not sure. eventually he came out and saved the day.

The blind Johnny Haynes was on session and took this Mark nose grizzer photo. apparently its all about the shadows.

The ride home was too good, we listened to Neils STYX tape!

Twenty First August

Today i met up with Neil and Will at the old vauxhall garage.

Will hit up some blunts

We headed over the road to the wing hong cash and carry to get some oriental treats. Not sure if it was a good or bad idea really. I picked up some weird chocolate pretzel sticks and some crazy drink that tasted like dodgy lemonade.
...and Neil bought some tomato sauce flavoured seaweed pieces :/ he was stoked on them at first but started complaining of feeling ill later on haha. We skated the casino.

Will headed off home so he could hit up some bitches at a beach party in Tynemouth. Me and Neil drove to Cramlington skatepark, It was fully of kids on bikes and some daft parkour kid doing flips and shit so went up to mcdonalds near manor walks for some veggie deli sarnies and mcflurrys.This guy was was too stoked on high waistbands and milkshakes.
Whitley Bay comp is tomorrow. Get down for 12 apparently.

Leeds Leeds Leeds

So we got the train down to leeds to meet up with Bens mates Paul & Dave. it was hella rad. Heres what happened.

These were called the "Sausages" (According to Robin). They were pretty Gnarly, Paul threw down a sick boneless. Dave and Ben C did some wallrides whilst the rest of us played skate.
Ben ollied this 7 set. It was on a mellow hill and he rolled out fast as fuck when he landed. Dave did a sick tail drop.
Then we went to get pizza. We had a rad photo of us all chillin but I think it was accidentally deleted. Rob attempted a back K on this ledge. He bailed out a few times, then ate shit on the road. He was over it.We headed down to the Uni banks next, Id seen these on 100 videos but never actually realised how hard they we to skate. So most of us just sessioned the waxed curb and hippy jumped some cones. Paul got shit done.

It started getting late by this point so we headed back up to Pauls. Me, Phil and Robin went to the pub then headed into town. Nowhere was open with all the students being away so we got in a taxi to this posh as fuck trendy club called chilli whites. They sold cheap vodkas and we had a sick night dancing to the black eyed peas. When we got back Phil looked like this...We chilled for a bit.

Then hit the hay.Next day we woke up at stupid o'clock and headed to the works were we met up with Dave, he had extra shred on his toast that morning and layed down gnarly frontside smiths.

After that we headed back into town to catch the bus to The Ripped skatepark in Dewsbury. This MILF was at the bus station.

The Ripped park was rad, This punk kid called Joe did a footplant wallride and shuv tailgrab shuvs. Neil skated the blue vert wall surfer style.I did a front "sniffer" grind on the block.
Robin backside ollied and nollie heeled the 2.
Little Lewis threw a few kickflip attempts then layed down a tre 1st try. Was too sick, gutted theres no photo.

We got the late bus back, skated a bit more leeds street and headed to pauls. we woke up stupidly early to catch the train back to Tooncastle. The bairns were over it.

Oh and the ticket guy on the train was a dick.

Number 1

Yeah so iv been meaning to start this blog up for ages and decided after i'd emptied my kiss mug of pg goodness and stopped my eyes turning square from watching fully flared for the 10 millionth time, id get it done. so were going on a skate trip to leeds tomorrow and wanted to get this published before hand so we can upload photos, videos, stories & memories. should be rad.

These all shouldve been posted a while back, but i was to slack to get this started, Anyway we went to prissick plaza and took some photos on a stupidly hot day.

Neil and his gay pride bolts/wheels combo busted a steez'd to fuck wallie.
Tall Jonny threw the highest wallride iv seen down the prissick 3. ...while Bruce Willis just chilled.
